MCPF Penang Vice-Chairman (II) Dato’ K. Pulayantran and MCPF Member Paramguru Balan were guests at the 13th Annual Academic Force Awards Presentation 2017 held at the Penang State Library Auditorium, Seberang Jaya on 15th July 2017. Highlight of this special recognition ceremony was an Inspirational talk delivered by well-known criminologist Dr. Mohammad Rahim Kamaluddin who enthralled the crowd with his topic on Crime Prevention with his tri-lingual fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Tamil. The keynote address was delivered by Penang State EXCO YB Chong Eng.
