Y.Bhg. Dato’ Mohd Sayuthi bin Bakar has been appointed officially as the new State Secretary of Penang effectively on 21^st December 2022 when he was sworn in at the Chief Minister’s Office, Level 28 KOMTAR on 21^st December 2022. MCPF Penang looks forward to working closely with Y.Bhg. Dato’ Mohd Sayuthi bin Bakar to continue its quest on Crime Prevention and Awareness efforts for Penang State. Indeed the successful conclusion of the “Contemporary Issues on Crime & Policing” Seminar (21^st December 2022 at E&O Hotel) is a fine example of the support of the Penang State Secretary Office / Penang State Government.
