MCPF Penang congratulates its SLC Members Dato’ Ong Poh Eng and Paramguru Balan Moghan on their being respectively officially gazetted as Lt. Kol. (PAB) and Kapt. (PAB). The Gazetting ceremony on 3^rd May 2018 was held as part of the overall program at the “High Chaparral” in Permatang Pauh where Associate Officers of the Brigade Ekuin of the Angkatan Pertahanan Awam Malaysia [APM] was also being formed and officially appointed. Lt. Kol. (PAB) Dato’ Ong Poh Eng and Kapt. (PAB) Paramguru Balan Moghan has now joined MCPF Penang’s SLC Member Maj. (PAB) Felix Chuah Gim Chuan in the Malaysia Civil Defence Force [MCDF] (Angkatan Pertahanan Awam Malaysia).
