It is an undoubted fact that the critical roles of parents in helping to guide the students and youths of today to become useful citizens that can help in the continued development and success of our nation cannot be underestimated. MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman Dato’ K. Pulayantran was one of the key speakers in an event held at ILP – Institut Latihan Perusahan – Arumugam Pillay in Nibong Tebal, SPS on 17^th September 2017.

In his 40 minutes address, Dato’ K. Pulayantran emphasized on being aware of current social ills, crimes and its disruptive / negative impact on society. The event organized by Persatuan Pembangunan Pendidikan & Kebajikan Wilayah Utara Malaysia entitled “Seminar Ibubapa dan Murid” also had Dato’ IR Sheik Hussein Bin Mydin and Dato’ Carnal Navaneethan and MCPF Penang SLC Member Paramguru Balan Moghan in attendance.
