The Tourist Police (within the Crime Prevention and Community Safety Department – JPJKK) are often unsung heroes in helping to make the general public and in particular visitors to our Pearl of the Orient state of Penang feel welcomed, safe and secure. In a heart-warming simple yet meaningful show of appreciation by the general public, ASP Muhamad Fazilah together with his team of 8 members of the Tourist Police (Polis Pelancong) Unit of Penang received chocolates from the general public at the entrance to IPK P. Pinang – Dickens Street). MCPF Penang. a stalwart partner of PDRM Penang salutes the recognition of the general public of the role that PDRM plays in ensuring the safety, security, peace and harmony of our Penang community.
