Penang State continues its stellar performance rate in terms of number of new VSP registrants from March 25^th 2017 till 12^th July 2018. It has recorded 70,102 new registrants versus the nationwide number of 552,510 new registrants i.e. 12.69% of the nationwide data. From a weighted measurement of per 100,000 population, Penang State has chalked up 3,967 new registrants versus the nationwide average (per 100,000 population) of 1,681 or a significant 2.36X of the nationwide trend. Comparatively, the next highest state (Terengganu) stats of 2,806 registrants per 100,000 population is only 1.67X of the nationwide trend.
Syabas and Tahniah to PDRM Penang in particular JPJKK. VSP is Volunteer Smartphone Patrol but for Penang it also means Very Significant Performance!
