Heartiest Congratulations are in order for MCPF Penang SLC Member / SPT DLC Treasurer Ridzuan Md Zain for being the well-deserved reciepient of 7^th Dan by the President of Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur Karate Association Dato’ V. Arivilagan for this contributions whilst being its Past President 1992-2002. Ridzuan Md Zain was being recognized at this event held in Dewan Menara PT 80m Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur during the 1^st KL City Junior Karate Cup 2019 competition on 12^th Oct 2019 for his contributions in drafting the Association’s Constitution, designing its Logo and getting it officially registered as KARWIP (Gabungan Karate-Do Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. Kudos to Ridzuan who had earlier received his 5^th and 6^th Dan from the late Grandmaster Chew Choo Soot (Karate Budokan International, Kaicho Hirokazu Kanazawa – Shotokan Karate International Federation and  Kaicho Bu Morgan – International Shotoshinkai Karate Federation Kokutsai Seito Karate Kenkyukai Kokutsai Karate-Do Shihankai.
