Thaiveegan, CPO of Penang (cum MCPF Penang Honorary Advisor); YDH SAC Dato’ Zainol bin Samah, OCCI of Penang; YDH SAC Dato’ Mohamad Anil Shah, Head of CPCS Department, RMP Penang (cum MCPF Penang Vice-Chairman [I]); Heads of Departments and OCPDs of RMP Penang Contingent and other Officers and Men of RMP Penang attended a talk by Professor Khoo Kheng Hor entitled “Winning Without Fighting” based on Sun Tzu’s Art of War tenets at the Main Hall of the RMP Marine Base, Penang on 6^th September 2018. Professor Khoo Kheng Hor, an advocate of War against Crime and close friend of MCPF addressed the distinguished participants on how to use the mind to win through Empathy, Going for the Positives, Managing one’s temper and underlining that this is within an individual’s own control. His inspiring talk was followed up by an Official Speech delivered by YDH CP Dato’ A. Thaiveegan.
