Two productive OC meetings were held on 22^nd July 2019 and 29^th July 2019 at the Main Meeting Room, RMP Penang HQ chaired by YDH ACP Som Sak A/L Din Keliaw (Deputy HOD CPCSD RMP Penang) and YDH SAC Dato’ Mohamad Anil Shah (HOD, CPCSD RMP Penang) respectively in preparation for the forthcoming 8^th August 2019 Chief Police Officer’s Crime Prevention and Community Safety Program to be held at Gurney Plaza. JM Tan and James Mohan represented MCPF Penang SLC at the 22^nd July 2019 meeting. Also present at this meeting were other Senior Police Officers and staff of CPCSD RMP Penang including Supt Zolkifli bin Rashdi, Supt Tan Cheng San, Supt Abdul Halid bin Ludin, Supt Nermaljit Singh and DSP Sathiasivam A/L Maniam alongside with representatives from Gurney Plaza Management Office and McDonald’s. Goh Hoe Eng (Deputy Head of Community Policing, Penang cum MCPF SPT DLC Member, a key member of the Organizing Committee was present at both meetings. James Mohan will be signing on as the Master of Ceremony. Dato’ Wong Song Yin of Sasa Properties was present at both meetings. The OC focus and finalization of logistics requirements, details of the program itinerary and summary of roles and responsibilities were reinforced in the 2^nd meeting which was also attended by JM Tan. Professor Khoo Kheng-Hor was also in attendance alongside others who had been involved in the 22^nd July 2019 meeting.
