About 800 students and teachers from Upper Primary (Years 4-6) of SJKC Kim Seng, Bukit Mertajam attended a meaningful Crime Prevention Event on 5th March 2018. The Welcome Speech was delivered by the Headmaster whilst the Official Opening was by MCPF SLC Secretary cum SPT DLC Chairman EL Ching. DLC SPT Secretary Jacob Pao and SPT DLC Member Goh Hoe Eng assisted fellow DLC Member Kenny Ho in delivering topics pertaining to Bullying and Gangsterism in Schools. Inspector Heng from Balai Polis Bukit Mertajam shared updates on general security issues related to students. The audience were delighted to have seen displays of URB and MPV from PDRM – taking the seats of the vehicles and having a first-hand experience of the use of some of the gadgets and equipment in the MPV.
