In a first of its kind Program, organized by MCPF Penang, the Chief Government Security Office – Penang and the Penang State Government Secretariat Office, this “Target Hardening” Seminar on Security for Key Points was delivered at Auditorium C, KOMTAR to 84 pertinent participants.  Associate Professor Dr. P. Sundramoorthy delivered the Opening Remarks whilst the Closing Remarks and handing out of Certificate of Appreciation Plaques was by Captain Rusli Bin Abd. Rahman (Deputy Director-General of Government Security).  The four presenters from MCPF Penang who shared their knowledge were Johnny Michael Tan (Secretary), James Mohan (SLC Member), Ching Eng Leong (SLC Member) and Rahumatullah Ibrahim (Treasurer).  Dato’ Syed Jaafar Syed Ali, Chairman MCPF Penang thanked Affiliate SLC Member Puan Noor Asa Elang – Director, Chief Government Security Office, Penang for her efforts to organize and ensure that this event was a success.
