MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman Y.Bhg. Dato’ K. Pulayantran officiated the Fiesta Cahaya Deepavali program which was organized by various local / regional NGOs at Bukit Mertajam Summit, BM Plaza on 12^th October 2019. The Econsave Cash & Carry Sdn. Bhd. Northern Region Manager was also in attendance. Goody bags were handed out to the needy ones to help them have a more meaningful Deepavali celebration.
