YAB Tuan Chow Kon Yeow chaired his 2^nd Penang State Security Council Meeting (Mesyuarat Majlis Perundingan dan Keselamatan dan Ketenteraman Awam Negeri Pulau Pinang – MPKKANPP) as the newly appointed Chief Minister of Penang at the Penang State Government Operations Room, 28^th Floor, KOMTAR on 26^th July 2018.

MCPF Penang was represented by YBhg. Dato’ Seri Syed Jaafar Syed Ali, Chairman and in attendance too were YDH SAC Dato’ Mohamad Anil Shah, YBhg. Dato’ Seri Farizan bin Darus – State Secretary of Penang State Government and renowned criminologist and MCPF Penang’s ex-Deputy Chairman Associate Professor Dr. P. Sundramoorthy, Penang State EXCO Members, Head of Government Departments and Agencies.
