MCPF Penang / MCPF North-East District Liaison Committee welcomes YDH ACP Soffian bin Santong (who was formerly the Deputy HOD, Criminal Investigation Department [Legal Investigation], RMP Terengganu Contingent) as its new OCPD of Daerah Timur Laut. He takes over the helm from YDH ACP Che Zaimani bin Che Awang who has been promoted to become the Head of Department, Crime Prevention and Community Safety for Royal Malaysia Police, Kedah Contingent effective 16^th November 2019. MCPF Penang and MCPF Penang North-East DLC looks forward to having a continued warm cooperation and collaborative efforts with ACP Soffian bin Santong as its Timur Laut DLC Advisor.
