Heartiest Congratulations to three MCPF Penang fraternity who were recently conferred Penang State Awards in conjunction with the Official Celebration of the 85th Birthday of Tuan Yang Terutama Tun Dato’ Seri Utama Haji Ramli bin Ngah Talib, Governor of Penang.

Bersekutu (PA) Paramaguru Balan Moghan (currently MCPF Penang Interim SLC Member / MCPF Seberang Perai Selatan Interim DLC Chairman); Mr. Jarmin Goh Jun Ming (currently MCPF Seberang Perai Selatan Interim Secretary) and Mej. (K) Hj. Adnan bin Abdullah (currently MCPF Seberang Perai Tengah Interim DLC Member). Mej. Bersekutu (PA) Paramaguru Balan Moghan was honoured with the Darjah Johan Negeri (DJN) whilst Mr. Jarmin Goh Jun Ming and Mej. (K) Hj. Adnan bin Abdullah were both recipients of Pingat Kelakuan Terpuji (PKT). Their societal support to the Penang community at large has seen them deservingly being recognized.
