MCPF Penang SLC Members Maj. (H) M. Kaleessvaran, Munusamy Muniandy and Paramguru Balan Moghan were the Anti-Crime Program Ambassadors in addressing over 80 Form 1 and 2 pupils of SMK Convent Butterworth on 21st September 2017. Maj. (H) M. Kaleessvaran delivered an inspiring paper that reached out to the students on ‘Threats and Challenges of Social symptoms of Today’ / Ancaman dan Cabaran Gejala Sosial Masa Kini’.
