Two and a half months prior to the actual Round Table Discussion and Workshop, a Planning Meeting was held at the Putra Regency Hotel in Kangar, Perlis on 2^nd February 2016.  MCPF Penang was represented by Dato’ Syed Jaafar Syed Ali, Chairman and Munusamy Muniandy, SLC Member.
The Round Table Discussion and Workshop – with notable Governmental, NGO and Authoritative Bodies representatives from Putrajaya, Perlis, Kedah, Penang, Perak and Kelantan was held at Dewan Bakawali, Mess Pegawai Kanan PDRM Perlis on 16^th April 2016.  The main organizers were PEMANDU and MCPF Malaysia.  MCPF Penang’s ambassadors were Dato’ Syed Jaafar Syed Ali, Chairman and SLC Members James Mohan, Harikumar Katherasen, Munusamy Muniandy and Ching Eng Leong.  Presentations during the morning session Round Table moderated by Dato’ Wong Pui Lam (MCPF EXCO) were by YDH DCP Dato’ Haji Mazlan bin Lazim – CPO, Kelantan; Dato’ Dr. Amin Khan of PEMANDU; Dato’ Sri Wira Ayub bin Hj. Yaakob and Datuk Akbar Satar – President of Transparency International Malaysia.
