YDH CP Datuk Wira Chuah Ghee Lye, Chief Police Officer of Penang officiated at the Closing Ceremony of a Five Day Summer Camp for Teenagers on 25^th August 2017 at Dewan PLKN White Resort, Balik Pulau Pinang. MCPF Penang SLC Member Munusamy Muniandy was in attendance alongside MCPF Penang Ex-Officio SLC Member Supt. Zainudin Mahadi of JPJKK, IPK Penang accompanied by DSP Nermaljit Singh. This NBOS Initiative Five Day Summer Camp from 21^st August 2017 to 25^th August 2017 was attended by 10 schools with over 200 Secondary school pupils from Penang and Perlis.

Amongst the VIP guests at this Closing Ceremony were YDH DCP Dato’ Roslee Bin Chik (Deputy CPO, Penang), YDH SAC Dato’ Mohamad Anil Shah (Head of Crime Prevention and Community Safety, IPK Penang cum MCPF Penang Vice-Chairman (I), Kolonel Dr. Zabidi Bin Mohd. Taha (Wakil Panglima II Divisyen), Tuan Ismail Bin Mohd Said (Representing the Director of Education Department, Penang), Tuan Haji Izmi Bin Ismail (Director of Education Department, Perlis) and Senior Officers from Royal Malaysia Police, Armed Forces of Malaysia and Education Department of Penang and Perlis. Spiritual, Physical and Cultural Activities were held during the summer camp to enable discipline and self-esteem of the participants.
