A Handing Over Ceremony of 25 T-Batons from Universiti Sains Malaysia’s Security Department to Royal Malaysia Police, Penang Contingent was held at the Office of the Head of Crime Prevention and Community Safety Department, RMP Penang HQ on 21^st September 2018. Representing USM were Tuan Afzan Zainal Abidin (Assistant Registrar, Security Department USM); Prabu Mogan (Security Officer, Security Department USM); Lim Chee Ann (Security Officer, Security Department USM) and Puan Che Aini Mohd Desa (Security Officer, Security Department USM). YDH SAC Dato’ Mohamad Anil Shah, Head of CPCSD, RMP Penang; YDH ACP Somsak A/L Din Keliaw (Deputy Head of CPCSD, RMP Penang and YDH Supt. Abdul Halid bin Ludin (Staff Officer Source Base) were on hand as reciepients of the 25 T-Batons. This short yet significant event underlines the continuing solid collaborative / cooperative relationship between USM and RMP Penang – both parties being key Crime Prevention Partners of MCPF Penang.
