YDH SAC Dato’ Mohamad Anil Shah, Head of Crime Prevention and Community Safety Department, RMP Penang (cum MCPF Penang Vice-Chairman [I]), Supt. Abdul Halid bin Ludin, Staff Officer, Policy and Resource (CPCSD), Supt. Saw Hock Tek, Staff Officer, Community Policing (CPCSD) (cum MCPF Penang ex-Officio SLC Member) and other Staff of CPCSD were in attendance alongside other Members of PELLITA / GaPIM and invited guests. Encik Munawar Kadir, Vice-Chairman of PELITA / GaPIM Penang and Encik Mohamad Nasir Mohiden, Chairman of PELITA / GaPIM addressed the crowd followed by the Official Address by YB Senator Waytha Moorthy Ponnusamy. A Dialog Session ensued before the ending of this function.
