MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman Y.Bhg. Dato’ K. Pulayantran had the honor of delivering a Special Speech on the Roles of Parents in the upbringing of children to be successful in their life as students and future adults at “Malam Kebudayaan dan Penyambutan Hari Jadi MGR ke-102” at St. Anne’s Church Hall, Bukit Mertajam SPT on 23^rd November 2019. This Event was attended by the Member of Parliament for Bukit Mertajam and Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports YB Steven Sim, Berapit State Assemblyman YB Heng Lee Lee, various heads of NGOs and community members numbering over 1,000.
