Kudos to MCPF Penang Chairman Dato’ Ong Poh Eng and MCPF Seberang Perai Selatan DLC Chairman Paramaguru Balan Moghan who both received their Civil Defense Appreciation Certificate (Sijil Penghargaan Pertahanan Awam) from the Malaysia Civil Defense Force, Prime Minister’s Department (Angkatan Pertahanan Awam Malaysia, Jabatan Perdana Menteri) from Yang Setia Kol. (PA) Ishak bin Mohd Radzi, Director of Malaysia Civil Defense, Penang State at a ceremony held at the Penang State Civil Defense Office in Air Itam on 9^th February 2023. This is a well-deserved accolade for both Kol. Bersekutu (PA) Dato’ Ong Poh Eng and Kapt. Bersekutu (PA) Paramaguru Balan a/l Moghan.
