MCPF Penang Secretary Mr. Johnny Michael Tan a dinner representing MCPF Penang with Sunway Group on Monday 23rd June 2025 from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm at Penang Golf Club, Bukit Jambul, Penang. In Attendance were: 1. YBhg. Datuk Muhammad Fuad bin Talib, Asst. Director, Sunway Group / MCPF EXCO / Secretary, MCPF Selangor; 2. YBhg. Datin Lena Muden; 3. YBhg. Dato’ Pahlawan Goh Kok Liang; 4. YDH Supt. Lim Chun How, Deputy HOD, Crime Prevention and Community Safety Department, RMP Penang; 5. Mr. Johnny Michael Tan, Secretary, MCPF Penang; 6. Mr. Chris Chen, Head – Strategic Integrated Security Group, Group Security, Sunway Berhad; 7. DSP PB Azirul Ramli, Sunway Auxiliary Police / Secretariat support – MCPF Selangor; 8. Encik Adnan Jahaya, Northern Region – Sunway Group; 9. Mr. Jayabalan K. Subramaniam, Sunway Hotel, Penang; 10. Mr. Nithi Sinn, Sunway Hotel, Seberang Jaya; 11. Encik Ahmad Hanis bin Abdul Latiff, Sunway Medical Centre, Penang; 12. Encik Shazwan bin Abdullah, Security Manager, Sunway Carnival Mall; 13. Accompanied by 5 other Sunway Carnival Staff. JM Tan attended this dinner / dialogue session representing MCPF Penang as YBhg. Dato’ Seri Ong Poh Eng was away in China on a business trip whilst Supt. Lim Chun How attended on behalf of YDH SAC Puspanathan a/l Wiresingam, HOD Crime Prevention and Community Safety Department (Ketua Jabatan JPJKK), RMP Penang. Amongst the notables were: 1. Datuk Muhammad Fuad bin Talib appreciated both PDRM Penang and MCPF Penang for their attendance; 2. He also inquired about MCPF Penang’s recent launching of the “PDRM Pulau Pinang – MCPF Penang Scam Awareness QR Code (Mini-App Infographics)” and the distribution of the Posters; 3. JM Tan explained the progress thus far as well as other Crime Prevention efforts by MCPF Penang SLC / DLCs; 4. At the conclusion of the dinner dialogue, Datuk Muhammad Fuad bin Talib expressed the wish to have Sunway Group in the Penang State to engage further with PDRM JPJKK Pulau Pinang and MCPF Penang on Crime Prevention Programs and Activities. With the majority of Sunway Group entities in Penang being within Seberang Perai, he envisages the host venue(s) to be at Seberang Perai. 5. The short session ended with a token of appreciation from Sunway Group to MCPF Penang / PGC for hosting the dinner followed by a Group Photo.
