MCPF Penang Secretary Dr. EL Ching and Treasurer Harikumar Katherasen met up with Encik Mohamad Zakaria bin Zain from the Student Affairs Department (Hal Ehwal Murid / HEM), Penang State Education Office at the latter’s office on 17^th December 2019. The MCPF Penang Ambassadors covered pertinent focus items including the replacement of Encik Hassan Din as the JPN Penang ex-Officio SLC member by Encik Mohamad Zakaria, SLC SOP related to School Programs, the importance of District Education Department reps within the respective District Liaison Committees and School Crime Prevention Programs. Dr. EL Ching handed Encik Mohamad Zakaria his Letter of Appointment as the welcomed ex-Officio SLC Member of MCPF Penang. It was heartening to note the enthusiasm and confirmation of full support to be rendered by Encik Mohamad Zakaria.
