MCPF Penang SLC Member Munusamy Muniandy was in Kelantan for three days attending a high impact seminar organized by Agensi Antidadah Kebangsaan (AADK). He conducted a Counselling session for Under-18 Drug offenders and also participated in on-site visits to 129 locations that were unfortunately scarred by the drug menace within Kelantan. Going forward, MCPF Penang Chairman Dato’ Seri Syed Jaafar has urged Munusamy Muniandy to help organize similar programs within Penang state under the auspices of MCPF Penang and in collaboration with the National Anti-Drug Agency.
