MCPF SPS DLC Chairman Paramaguru Balan Moghan, MCPF SPU DLC Chairman Munusamy Muniandy and MCPF Barat Daya Chairman James Mohan were present at the Annual Camp ‘Silambam Porr Kalai’ Phase 4 Penang Event at the Youth & Sports Complex of SPS District on 1^st June 2019. SPS OCPD YDH Supt. Shafee bin Abd Samad (who is also MCPF SPS DLC Advisor) inaugurated the welcoming of the parents of the students following a Speech delivered by Master Kavikumar, Chairman of Silambam Porr Kalai, Penang State. Also present at this event was Abd Hamid bin Hj Mohd Yassin, Officer of Youth and Sports Department, SPS District, 3 Police Officers and 10 Police staff from SPS, 43 Students and 20 Parents. This evening event saw the incorporation of a Majlis Berbuka Puasa.
