MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman YBhg. Dato’ Seri K. Pulayantran, MCPF Seberang Perai Utara DLC Chairman Mr. Munusamy Muniandy and Vice-Chairman II Encik Zammer bin Haidar Ali were the speakers at an Anti-Bullying, Crime Prevention and Drug Abuse / Misuse Prevention Program at SJK (T) Palaniandy, Kepala Batas on 30th July 2024. Accompanying them from MCPF SPU DLC were Mr. Haribalan Gopal (Secretary); Encik Madzuki bin Md Nor (Treasurer) and Mr. Shane Evans David (Committee Member). SJK (T) Palaniandy teaching staff in attendance included Mr. K. Vasantey (Headmaster); Encik. P. Maruthamuthu (Pegawai Kanan I); Puan M. Kanagi (Penolong Kanan HEM); Puan Lechumi (Penolong Kanan Kokorikulum); Puan S. Chira Devi; Puan V. Tharamani; Puan K. Vanisri; Puan S. Sharon Shamini; Puan M. Gaithiri; Cik G. Kirshnaveni; Encik K. Vijayan; Puan G. Shalini; Puan G. Sutha; Puan S. Hamah Maleney; Encik Pannir and Ustaz Hisyam. This short Program was attended by 150 students from all the classes. The topics covered included impact and consequences of Bullying, Crimes committed in school and Drugs abuse / misuse as well as Safety measures to be aware of. Students gained heightened awareness of the topics covered and encouraged to share such knowledge / information with their friends.
