A meeting was held between MCPF Seberang Perai Utara District Liaison Committee and SK Permatang To Jaya on Monday 14th July 2025 9:30 am at SK Permatang To Jaya, Sungai Dua, Butterworth. In attendance from MCPF SPU DLC were Mr. Munusamy Muniandy, Chairman; Mr. Haribalan Gopal, Secretary; and, Mr. Liew Zhi Sern, DLC Member. Encik Hafizuddin Fareis bin Faisal, School Principal; Encik Ahmad Zaki bin Md Saad, Senior Officer – Student Affairs; and, Puan Maisaroh Binti Ahmad, Assistant Teacher – Student Counseling were in attendance for SK Permatang To Jaya. The discussion was on organizing a program and talk focused on ‘School Truancy’ in August 2025 as an effort to prevent students from dropping out. The school also requested that an anti-drug exhibition be in place to make the program more interesting.
