In what is by now a pretty familiar sports setting, MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman Dato’ K. Pulayantran (also the Patron for the Penang Karate Goju-Ryu Association) and MCPF Penang SLC Member Paramguru Balan Moghan (also the Advisor for Penang Karate Goju-Ryu Association) attended the Okinawa Goju-Ryu Karate International Open Championship held at Kulim Hi-Tech Park. Also in attendance were Kulim Hi-Tech Park Director Dato’ Anuar bin Mohd Saffar, Master Soke Anantan and Master Stalin. Both Dato’ K. Pulayantran and Paramguru Balan Moghan must be commended for the steadfast belief and continual promotion of sports amongst youths as a key factor toward a healthy life style devoid of criminal activities.
