MCPF Penang’s Dato’ Syed Jaafar Syed Ali attended the Penang State Security Council Meeting held at the Ops Room, Level 28, KOMTAR on 25^th March 2019 where he presented the copy of the MCPF Penang 2018 Coffee Table Book Publication to YAB Tuan Chow Kon Yeow, Chief Minister of Penang. Also in attendance were YB Dr. P. Ramasamy, Deputy Chief Minister of Penang, Penang State EXCO Members and various Heads of Government Departments and Agencies.

YDH SAC Dato’ Mohamad Anil Shah was also present to provide short briefs encompassing Crime Investigation, Commercial Crime Investigation, Narcotics Investigation, Traffic Investigation & Enforcement and Crime Prevention & Community Safety Departments. As always this was a fruitful and productive meeting of minds between the State Governments, Royal Malaysia Police, other Government Department and Agencies with positive inputs / participation from MCPF Penang.
