Y.Bhg. Dato’ Seri Syed Jaafar Syed Ali, Chairman, MCPF Penang attended the monthly Penang State Security Council Meeting (Mesyuarat Majlis Perundingan dan Keselamatan Awam Negeri Pulau Pinang – MPKKANPP) that was chaired by YAB Tuan Chow Kon Yeow at the Level 28 Operations Room of KOMTAR on 8^th November 2018. Also in attendance was YDH SAC Mohamad Anil Shah, Crime Prevention and Community Safety Department Head of RMP Penang cum MCPF Penang Vice-Chairman (I). This key monthly meeting is attended by Penang State EXCO Members, Head of Government Departments and Agencies. As always been the case, MCPF Penang Chairman Y.Bhg. Dato’ Seri Syed Jaafar Syed Ali expressed his thoughts and ideas with regards to helping steer Penang to be a safer, more secure and ‘Crime Free’ State. YDH SAC Dato’ Mohamad Anil Shah briefed all present with regards to the contemporary security issues / concerns as well as the generally peaceful status of Penang state. This is one critical platform that showcases the symbiotic collaboration, cooperation and coordination of the various Federal and State Departments and Agencies to ensure that Penang continues the beacon of success in the security and safety of this Pearl of the Orient.
