MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman Dato’ K. Pulayantran was invited by YDH CP Dato’ A. Thaiveegan to his office at IPK P. Pinang to discuss the joint efforts of PDRM Penang Contingent, MCPF Penang SLC, Penang State Education Department and the management of Prangin Mall on a noteworthy half-day program of reaching out to over 1,000 students from 28 Tamil schools of Penang. As briefed by YDH SAC Dato’ Anil Shah during the 31^st May 2018 MCPF Penang SLC Meeting, the standard introduction of a “Crime Awareness Corner” to all Penang state Tamil schools, talks by MCPF Penang on Crime Prevention and distribution of the booklet “Remaja Lakar Biru” would be pursued. Also in attendance were MCPF Penang SLC Members Paramguru Balan Moghan and Syed Abdul Rahman Syed Jaafar.

This program is a follow up to previously successful efforts by PDRM on Sekolah Rendah Kebangsaan and SRK (Cina) schools within similar collaborative efforts with the Penang State Education Department and Prangin Mall management.
